INTRODUCTION
In organisation, communication is an important aspects to learn and know. Communication has built huge scope and purpose of an organisation. It has led the purpose of communication to an actual achievement of goals or targets. This report will put focus on the communication needs of internal and external stakeholders, different communication models and effectiveness of different communication system. This report will lights on factors which will affect the choice of communication idea and may other aspects(Schaltegger, 2014).

1.1) Analyse the communication needs of internal and external stakeholders
Internal stakeholders are particular individual in the company such as employee, investors, directors etc. Whereas external stakeholders are outside person, but the beneficial from targets and performance of the firms such as customers, suppliers etc.
Internal: Such communication are less formal due to awareness and familiarity. Such communication are honest and reliable than external because it requires need to maintain and it is helpful in increasing the business performance and productivity.
External: In this type of communication, companies are largely varies on business wants/needs from their external audience. In context with investor and regulators, company is required to be honest with an actual figures than the customers. There is need for removal of barriers when communicate with suppliers and customers for productivity and profitability of the business(Escobar-Rodriguez, 2017).
It is critically assess that organisation needs to maintain relation and communication with both internal and external stakeholder to achieve goals and targets of an organisation.
1.2) Analyse the different communication models that support administration
Communication is the suitable element for business success both externally and internally. For discussion, there are various models of communication which will explore how communication results in sharing and transfer of messages:
Shannon and weaver model: One of the oldest and suitable communication model. It focuses on process to check whether information/evidence would not go wrong from sender to receiver as message is encoded and decoded by two different person.
Berlo's Model: It is the alter version of Shannon and Weaver's model. The main focus lies on establishing strong relationship between receiver and sender by knowing and practising various skills and perception which enables people to encode and decode the messages.
Schramm's model: This model shows that encoding and decoding is not one way process, but its the conversion of an idea into the human words by encoding and decoding it again and againHesselbarth, 20
