According to the views of White and et.al., (2016) membership spending of people in relation to gym increased by 44%. This aspect shows that positive growth has taken place in the Fitness Industry. By doing investigation, author presented that 13.7% of UK population now registered as members. This aspect shows that awareness of people towards the health aspects are increased with a higher rate. However, on the critical note, Richardson, Smith and Papathomas (2017) said that growth rate of fitness sector is not very high. Moreover, due to the busy schedule people do not have time for workout and exercise activities. Hence, it is one of the main aspects which have high level of impact on the decision making aspect of customers.

In addition to this, Cranney and et.al., (2016) found in their study that now people prefer to go to the gym which provides them with unique and high-tech equipments. With the rise in technological advancement now there are several machines which available to people which in turn help them in making their body fit and fine. Further, Hamilton, Tipton and Witard (2016) stated that by providing proper guidance to people gym trainer can attract people towards change more effectively and efficiently.

The above mentioned table shows that r and r square of two variables are 0.09 and 0.01 respectively. This aspect shows that low level of relationship takes place in the variables such as BMI and reasons of individual behind going gym. Further, level of significance is 0.00 which shows that alternative hypothesis is accepted. By considering such aspect it can be said that significant difference takes place in the mean value of both variables (Duricki, Soleman and Moon, 2016). Thus, BMI does not have high level of impact on gym related decision of customers. From secondary data analysis it has been identified that people who do regular gym activities have information about BMI. On the other side, looking fit and fine is one of the main factors which entice the decision making aspect of customers in relation to gym.

Hypothesis 2

H0: There is no significant difference between the mean value of exercise done outside gym in relation to the different countries such as Germany & America.

Managerial Advice

By doing investigation it has been assessed that BMI index is not only the measure which influences the gym decision of customers. Moreover, there are several people whose weight is higher as compared to height. Still, they do not prefer to go gym which in turn places negative impact on their health and lives. Hence, Pivot table is highly advanced feature and version of Excel which assists in extracting highly useful information from large data set (Cronk, 2016). Thus, by keeping such factor in mind pivot table tool has been employed by scholar to determine number of people who give support to the proposed change .
