Barrack Reagan was appointed by American parent to run British home with authority to modernise and invest in technology as he sees fit. Reagan has appointed team of three- an Experienced American Project manager, A Information technology expert and talented British senior as business manager of group to advice his role. He also appointed you as an assistant to American IT expert in modernising IT department of company.
British Home currently had no centralised IT department at group level. Each subsidiary has its own department which runs legal systems over a number of years. Gathering information for decision making at group level has been handed by senior manager who have developed management information systems not necessarily tapping the power given by latest IT systems.
At first IT specialist decides to educate British Home personnel the benefits modern technology can confer in creating and sustaining competitive advantage.
He asked you to prepare a report covering following objectives and tasks.

Ethical issues: Conducting Supply chain management project may result in need to lay off, restrain and transfer employees. It also include sharing of personnel information,which may be required for collaborative organisation culture. Whether management notify in advance to employees regarding such possibilities? What about older employees which are difficult to restrain?
