In the present research, descriptive research design that helps to find in-depth information that helps to find appropriate results at workplace.
  • Research philosophy:This element helps to determine relevant results with operating functions and operations. There are two types of research philosophies such as interpretivism and positivism (DeTombe and Weber, 2015). Researcher select interpretivism philosophy that assists to find more effective results. This is because, it assists to gather more relevant information at workplace.
  • Collection of data:Data collection is also important perspective that helps to describe more relevant results at workplace. There are different types of data such as primary and secondary. Primary data assist to gather relevant results at workplace. Questionnaire design to conduct for survey. Furthermore, secondary information also gather from different sources such as online article, books, journals, etc. (Saunders and Bezzina, 2015).

  • Sampling: In order to collect data, sampling is also important term that used to carry effective functioning at workplace. There are generally two methods such as simple random sampling and non-random sampling (Sunderland, Chenoweth and Ellem, 2015). In the present research, simple random sampling method has been used that carry on 20 sample size that are employees of selected business.
  • Limitations: In order to collect relevant information, it is important to collect relevant information. Researcher face several issues to collect information such as time, money, etc. Due to lack of time and money researcher unable to get more effective results (Faber, Bodnar and Smith, 2016).

In respect to understand present research, I have learned so many things. In this way, understanding with data collection ascertain to focus and maintain creative results. With the help of aims and objectives, new ideas and opinion of mine generated towards business. On the basis of effective work performances, my communication level also increases. Functions and operations of the business environment smoothly run to perform activity in the business. Hence, I can meet with desired results in systematic manner (Hwang and Wu, 2014). Plan and procedure of the present research also useful that create program to consider proper findings. Data analysis is also important technique that used to gather more relevant information. Primary and secondary data also undertaken that assists to make more creative work in HR activities.
